Womb Awakening
A space to reconnect with your Womb, your body, and your inner wisdom.
Your relationship with your Womb can hold many layers.
There may be experiences you've carried for years. Relationships that changed you. Sexual experiences that left an imprint. Grief or loss. Stories passed down through your family. Parts of yourself you've disconnected from. Or simply a desire to feel more connected to your body, intuition, femininity, and inner knowing.
Womb Awakening is a two-hour, personalized session that creates space to explore those layers with curiosity, intention, and care.
This work isn't about fixing your Womb or forcing something to release.
It's about slowing down enough to listen.
What is Womb centered healing?
Womb work is a holistic practice that invites you to explore your relationship with your Womb and the experiences or emotions that may be blocking your connection from this powerful Feminine center.
For some women, the Womb carries a deep connection to femininity, sexuality, creativity, intuition, motherhood, or identity.
For others, the Womb may be a part of the body that has felt disconnected, ignored, painful, or simply difficult to think about.
There is no single way to experience your Womb, and there is no single reason to come to this work.
Your experience is your own.
Our work together creates a space to explore what your Womb means to you and what you may be ready to understand, release, reconnect with, or simply bring more awareness to.
What can we explore through Womb Awakening?
Womb work can be much more than focusing on the physical Womb.
Depending on what you're experiencing and what feels appropriate for you, we can decide what are to work with.
-
Pregnancy loss, infertility, birth experiences, hysterectomy, relationship loss, or other significant experiences can change our relationship with our bodies.
Womb-centered work can provide a space to acknowledge those experiences and explore what they mean to you now.
-
Sometimes we continue to carry feelings, memories, stories, or energetic associations from relationships long after they have ended.
Womb Awakening can create space to explore your relationship with past partners, sexual experiences, attachment, boundaries, or parts of yourself you may feel you've left behind.
-
Sometimes the goal isn't to release anything at all.
It may simply be to feel more present in your body.
To notice yourself.
To listen.
To build a relationship with a part of yourself that may have felt distant.
-
If you experience painful periods, difficult cycles, or feel like your body is asking for more attention, Womb work is another perspective into what is happening inside the body.
A single Womb Awakening session isn't intended to resolve ongoing menstrual or hormonal concerns. Rather, it can be an opportunity to begin understanding your experience and identifying areas that may benefit from deeper support.
-
Your Womb is one of your Feminine power centers. When we’re blocked from our Feminine energy we can feel burnt out, depressed, and like it’s not safe to be in our bodies.
Womb awakening allows us to directly connect back into our Feminine energy and reclaim our joy, strength, and vitality.
-
For many women, Womb work is also about reconnecting with intuition.
Rather than looking outside yourself for every answer, we can practice slowing down and noticing the wisdom you already have within you.
-
You may feel connected to stories, beliefs, expectations, or patterns that have been passed through the women in your family.
Ancestral Womb work can offer a way to consciously explore those patterns and consider what you want to carry forward—and what you may be ready to leave behind.
Special Note: Ancestral work is not a one and done. If you’re looking to explore this focus please know that this will take multiple sessions unless you have been doing complementary work outside of our time together.
What a Session Looks Like
Every session is different because every woman arrives with a different story.
We begin by creating a grounded, supportive space and talking about what's bringing you to the session.
From there, we may use:
Guided awareness and visualization
Gentle somatic and body-awareness practices
Grounding and nervous system support
Womb-centered energy practices
Reflection and intuitive exploration
Practices to continue exploring after the session
This is not one size fits all.
We follow what feels right for you rather than trying to force a specific outcome.
What might I experience in a session?
There is no right way for this work to feel.
You might experience sadness or grief.
You might feel a sense of relief or connection.
You might notice memories, thoughts, or sensations you hadn't paid attention to before.
You might experience very little during the session and find that your reflections happen afterward.
And sometimes, the most meaningful part is simply having dedicated time to listen to yourself.
You don't have to make something happen.
You get to be curious about what is already there.
This work can meet you in many different seasons
You don't have to be at a particular stage of life to explore Womb work.
Womb Awakening may be meaningful if you're:
Feeling disconnected from your body
Exploring your relationship with femininity
Struggle with setting or keeping boundaries
Experiencing painful or difficult menstrual cycles
Navigating hormonal changes or a major life transition
Processing the end of a relationship
Reflecting on past sexual experiences
Exploring ancestral or family patterns
Moving through grief or loss
Navigating life after hysterectomy
Experiencing a shift in your identity
Wanting to reconnect with your intuition
Feeling called to deeper self-exploration
Simply curious about what womb-centered healing could mean for you
You don't need to have a specific problem to solve.
You can come because you want to know yourself more deeply.
A gentle, collaborative approach
Womb Awakening is not about someone else telling you what your Womb or body needs.
You are the expert on your own body and your own experience.
My role is to create a supportive space, offer practices and perspectives, and help you explore what comes up without judgment.
We move at your pace.
Your boundaries matter.
Your consent matters.
And you always have the choice to pause, change direction, or decide that something isn't right for you.
Your Womb Awakening Session
Two hours of personalized, Womb-centered support
Your session may include a combination of womb-centered practices, nervous system support, guided awareness, intuitive exploration, and personalized herbal or nourishment suggestions.
Investment: $200
Sessions are currently offered virtually.
You can book a Womb Awakening session as a standalone experience. If you find yourself wanting more ongoing support after our session, we can talk about whether Tending or Becoming would be a better fit for you.
When one session isn't enough
Sometimes a single session is exactly what you need to pause, explore, and begin reconnecting.
But some patterns take more time.
If you're wanting to work more deeply with painful periods, menstrual patterns, hormonal transitions, nervous system regulation, nourishment, or ongoing disconnection from your body, a longer container allows us to look at these pieces over time rather than trying to address everything in one session.
Tending
A 12-week wellness journey
Tending gives us 12 weeks to work together and build supportive practices around the season of life that you’re in. Bringing in more than just Womb work, we’ll also work with the nervous system, nourishment, and herbal wisdom.
It's a whole body journey with personalized support for caring for yourself, reconnecting, and moving through what you're experiencing right now.
Becoming
A six-month journey for sustained change
Becoming gives us six months to take our time moving through intentional, deep work. This is for the times where you know you can’t go back to the Woman you used to be.
The first three months focus primarily on the foundations. Nervous system support, nourishment, and herbal wellness, before moving more deeply into womb work and feminine embodiment during the second half.
The goal with these offerings is to give you the time, support, and personalized attention to explore what your body and your life are asking for.
Womb Awakening After Hysterectomy
You don't need to have a physical uterus to explore Womb-centered healing.
For some women, Womb work after hysterectomy can be a meaningful way to explore changes in identity, femininity, sexuality, body connection, grief, or the experience of living in a different body.
Your relationship with this part of yourself doesn't end with surgery.
If you're looking for more comprehensive support around the hysterectomy experience—including preparation, recovery, or life after surgery—I have a whole page dedicated to Hysterectomy Support.

Womb healing is a holistic, body-based approach that honors the Womb as a center of physical, emotional, and energetic experience.
In these sessions, we gently work with what may be held in the womb space — whether that’s emotional residue, past experiences, or patterns that are ready to be released — while supporting the body in feeling safe enough to do so. -
Each session is unique and guided by your body’s needs.
We always begin by grounding the nervous system so your body feels safe and supported. From there, sessions may include Womb-focused energy work, somatic (body-based) practices, guided awareness, and intuitive support.
You may also receive recommendations around herbs, nourishment, and lifestyle practices to support your integration.
-
This work is gentle and non-invasive. Depending on your comfort level and what we discuss beforehand, sessions may include light, supportive touch or be fully hands-off.
Your consent, comfort, and sense of safety are always the priority.
-
No.
Even without a physical Womb, the energy is still there and accessible to work with. Womb-centered work can still hold deep meaning for women who have had a hysterectomy or other reproductive surgery.
-
This work may not be the right fit if you are looking for a quick fix or a purely clinical approach without emotional or energetic exploration. This work is also contraindicated during pregnancy.
Womb healing is a collaborative and intuitive process that requires openness, presence, and a willingness to gently connect with your body. While everything is approached with care and at your pace, there is an element of inner awareness and personal responsibility in this work.
It may also not feel aligned if you are not open to holistic support such as nervous system regulation, herbal guidance, or exploring the emotional and energetic layers connected to physical symptoms.
You don’t need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to show up, be curious, and listen to your body.
-
Womb Awakening Sessions are a complementary, holistic practice and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
This work is designed to support your body, deepen your connection to yourself, and work alongside any medical or therapeutic care you may be receiving.
If you are experiencing ongoing or severe physical symptoms, I encourage you to also seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider.
A Place to Begin
Sometimes the first step isn't knowing what needs to change.
It's simply becoming willing to listen.
Womb Awakening offers a dedicated space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the experiences, patterns, and parts of yourself that are asking for your attention.
You can begin exactly where you are.
