Becoming
A six month wellness journey for a season of significant change.
When you know you aren’t able to return to the Woman you once were.
There are seasons in life when you know something needs to change, but you also know you're not going to shift everything overnight.
You may be moving through a major life transition, experiencing burnout or overwhelm, navigating menopause or life after hysterectomy, or simply recognizing that the way you've been living no longer feels right.
Becoming gives you the time and space to slow down, build a strong foundation, and embody the Woman you are transforming into.
This isn't about rushing toward an end result.
It's about giving yourself enough time for real, sustained change.
You don’t have to change everything all at once.
So often, we try to make changes when we're already overwhelmed.
We want to feel better, reconnect with ourselves, nourish our bodies, create healthier rhythms, and feel more grounded, but we're trying to do all of it at the same time.
Becoming takes a different approach.
We slow down. We build a foundation. Then we go deeper.
The first part of our time together is about creating the support your body and nervous system need to feel safe to make changes.
From there, we can begin exploring deeper questions around your womb, femininity, intuition, and the woman you're becoming.
Six months gives us something that shorter programs simply can't:
time to let the work unfold.
The Becoming journey
While your experience will be personalized to you, our six months together will generally move through two phases.
Months 1–3: Building Your Foundation
Before we move into deeper work, we'll spend time creating a foundation of support.
Nervous System
We'll explore practical ways to support your nervous system and create more moments of grounding, regulation, and connection in your everyday life.
This may include tapping, breathwork, meditation and other tools that help you slow down and become more aware of what you need.
Nourishment
We'll look at nourishment as a foundation for caring for yourself.
Rather than following a rigid plan, we'll explore how food, daily rhythms, and simple acts of nourishment can better support you in the season you're in.
The goal during these first three months isn't to do more. It's to create a stronger foundation to build from.
Herbal Wellness
Herbalism is woven throughout our work together.
You'll receive monthly supportive herbal products, and we'll explore ways herbs can become part of your own rhythms of care.
Months 4-6: Clearing & Integrating
This part of the journey creates space to clear energies and stagnant emotions as well as explore your relationship with your body, your Womb, your femininity, your intuition, and your sense of self.
Womb Work
Reconnecting (or connecting for the first time) to your Womb space. Whether your Womb is physically present or not, this work will bring you back to your center of power and intuition. We can also explore clearing energies and emotions that may be stuck in the Womb space.
Feminine Embodiment
Learning what Feminine energy means to you and how to fully embody it. This will be different for each woman and where they are on their journey. It can include: finding the power in Femininity, reclaiming sexuality and sensuality, or aligning more closely to seasons and cycles in daily life.
Integration
Everything that we move through during these 6 months is meant to be built upon each other. Month 6 will be integrating all that you’ve learned and we’ll honor the journey and Woman that brought you here. You’ll feel like you have all of the tools and support to continue growing outside of this program.
Your journey is still personalized to you.
The six-month structure gives us a foundation, but your experience within it will be your own.
You may arrive with one thing you want to work on and discover something completely different along the way.
You may need more time with nourishment.
You may find that nervous system support becomes an important part of your everyday life.
You may uncover something through womb work that you weren't expecting.
We won't rush past what needs more attention simply because we're moving into the next month.
The structure gives us direction.
Your needs help guide the journey.
Meet Your Guide
I'm Jamie, a Women’s Wellness Practitioner.
I've spent years studying women's wellness, herbalism, nourishment, and the ways major life transitions can affect how we experience ourselves. After personally experiencing the transitions into motherhood, hysterectomy, and divorce within 5 years of each other I know what a toll it can take on us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I created Rose Oak Wellness as a space for women who are ready to slow down and care for themselves in a deeper way.
My role isn't to tell you who to be or to fix what's wrong with you.
You are the expert on your own body and your own life.
I'm here to listen, ask questions, share what I've learned, offer practices and resources, and walk alongside you as you move through your own process.
Becoming gives us the time to do that work without rushing.
